1. Who we are
PropertyVerdict ("we") is operated by an individual based in Singapore. Data Protection Officer: hello@catalog-wizard.com.
2. Categories of personal data we collect
- Search queries — postal code / address / block / project name.
- Optional asking price — entered for verdict comparison.
- Device fingerprint and hashed IP — to enforce the free-tier limit and prevent abuse.
- Email address — only if you sign in or request email delivery.
- Payment data — held by Stripe, not us. We retain only your Stripe customer ID.
3. Purposes (Notification & Purpose Limitation)
- Generate your property analysis report.
- Send the report and sign-in codes via email if you choose.
- Enforce free-tier limits and detect abusive usage.
- Improve our analysis using aggregated, anonymised query patterns.
4. Consent & withdrawal
We obtain explicit consent via the consent modal on first use. You may withdraw consent any time by emailing the DPO above; this will delete your data and disable your account.
5. Access & correction
You can request a copy or correction of your personal data by emailing the DPO. We respond within 30 days.
6. Accuracy & protection
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

8. Transfer limitation (overseas processors)
Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Each provides PDPA-equivalent contractual protections.
