1. Service

PropertyVerdict generates analysis reports from publicly available Singapore government data. Reports are informational and not financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Monthly and Annual plans auto-renew until cancelled. The 3-month Prospective Buyer plan is a single payment with no auto-renewal.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal; service continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, mass-download, or resell our reports. Use the API tier if you need programmatic access.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
